Returns and Exchange
Returns & Exchange are available for items excluding pre-sale and discounted items. For a refund and any received there after may be denied.
To exchange the item a “Return & Exchange Sheet” is provided with each transaction containing instructions that must be followed.
- If we shipped the wrong order or faulty item please ship it back together with the Return & Exchange Sheet and we will refund the shipping cost you paid. (don’t forget to indicate the shipping cost and your BPI account under NOTE)
- If you want to change to a different SIZE, please ship it back together with the
Return & Exchange Sheet and attach your “NEW” Deposit slip, shipping back to you.
- For customers who will be paying thru Paypal, BDO or BPI online, please PRINT and attach your “NEW” Deposit slip, shipping back to you.
- No (NEW) deposit slip, No exchange (applicable to customers who ordered wrong size.

- NO RETURN SHEET, NO EXCHANGE
- The item/s must be returned in their original shape and condition with Its original packaging including tags and box within 3 WORKING DAYS after you received the item.
- Can only change size | Color and designs is excluded (applicable to customers who ordered wrong size)
- We deserve the right to determine whether an item is altered or damaged.
- NO REFUND
- No need to follow up your sales agent every now and then, Return and Exchange items will be forwarded straight to the warehouse. So please FOLLOW the instruction given.
- If you FAILED to follow instructions given, NO EXCHANGE. (no other excuses applicable)
- Cannot return or exchange at any branch
